FADA tractor sales released total retail sales by selling 49,305 units in August 2022 as against 72,208 units sold in August 2021. This data clearly shows a decline in retail tractor sales by 31.72%.
Mahindra tractor sold 11,605 units in August and decreased its sales by 27.11% as compared to last year, where the company sold 15921 units. But somehow, Mahindra tractor market share increased by 1.49%.
Swaraj tractor also faced a loss in August 2022 by recording 29.58% sales, as it sold 8135 units, whereas the company sold 11552 units in August 2021. But the company registered its market share, which increased by 0.5%.
TAFE limited sales decreased by 25.26% in August 2022, as it sold 6447 units against last year, where the company sold 8626 units. But in August 2022, the company maintained its market share by 1.13%.
Sonalika tractor sold 5709 units in August 2022, while it sold 8252 units in August 2021, which is clearly decreasing by 30.81% in August 2022. But the company increased its market share by 0.15%.
Escorts Group faced a huge loss in August 2022 of 35.13% by selling 4882 units against last year, where it sold 7526 units. But somehow, the Escorts group increased its market share by 0.52%.
John Deere tractor sold its 2740 units in August 2022, which resulted in a decline of 31.46% as compared to the previous year same month where the company sold 5457 units. Despite of, the company hiked its market share by 0.03%
Eicher tractor sales dropped by 36.92% as it sold 2713 units in August 2022 and 4301 units in August 2021. As a result, the company lost its market share by 0.46%.
New Holland tractor company registered its sales, which declined by 31.25% compared to last year. In the same month, the company hiked its market shares by 0.02%.
Kubota tractor retail sales declined by 19.42% by selling 1340 units in August 2022, while in August 2021, it sold 1663 units. But the company increased its market share by 0.42%.
Force tractor retail sales also dropped by 31.86% by selling 278 units in August 2022, while the company sold 408 units in August 2021. As well as, the company also lost its market share by 0.01%.
VST Tillers & Tractor retail sales recorded a massive loss of 68.38%. Along with the company also lost its market share by 0.89% in August 2022.
Indo Farm tractor retail sales increased by 9.12% by selling 311 units in August 2022, while the company sold 285 units in August 2021. As well as, the company recorded a hike in its market share by 0.24%.
Captain tractor sales dropped by 82.71% as it sold 283 units in August 2022 against August 2021, where the company sold 1637 units. As a result, the company lost its market share by 1.70%.
Apart from all these brands, other tractor brands sales decreased this year by 39.60% as it sold 1557 units in August 2022, while in August 2021, these other brands sold 1637 units. As a result, these tractor brands lost their market share by 0.41%.
