Mahindra & Mahindra released the Tractor Sales Report for June 2024. The company sold 45,888 units in June 2024, as opposed to 43,364 units in June 2023, in the domestic market. The company's domestic tractor sales statistics for 2024 show a 6 rise. On the other hand, in the Export market, Mahindra Tractor Sales Report for June 2024 also shows a 28% rise. The company sold 1,431 units in June 2024 in the Export market as against 1,114 units sold in June 2023.

Mahindra & Mahindra also announced Year to Date (YTD) sales figures for 2024. In 2024, the company sold 121,467 units, up from 115,009 units in 2023. Domestic sales rose by 5%, reaching 116,930 units in 2024 compared to 111,875 units in 2023. However, exports decreased by 45%, with 4,537 units sold in 2024 compared to 3,134 units in 2023.

Hemant Sikka, - President of the Farm Equipment Sector at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., shared his thoughts on the company’s recent performance: “We sold 45,888 tractors in the domestic market in June 2024, which is a 6% increase from last year. This growth is helped by the government’s recent announcements, such as higher foodgrain production, increased minimum support prices for major Kharif crops, and the progress of the Southwest monsoon. These factors are boosting farmers' confidence.
As retail momentum grows due to land preparation and more Kharif crop planting, we expect strong tractor demand in the coming months. Additionally, our export sales grew by 28%, with 1,431 tractors sold this June.”
