The tractor industry released its total domestic tractor sales data August 2022, selling 52,731 units, while the sales were 53,721 units in August 2021. These figures clearly show that tractor manufacturers faced a loss of 1.84% during this month. Mahindra tractor registered its sales in August 2022 by selling 20,138 units showing a 0.71% hike compared to last month, where it sold 19,997 units. Along with this, the company also gained their market share by 0.97% in August 2022.
TAFE group sales decreased by 1.49% in domestic tractor sales August 2022, selling 9601 units as against it sold 9746 units in August 2021. But somehow, the company maintain its market share by 0.07% during August 2022.
Sonalika tractor sales registered good growth in August 2022 by selling 7014 units, while the company sold 5814 units in August 2021. These tractor sales figures clearly show an increment of 20.64%. Along with that, the company also increased its market share by 2.48% in August 2022.
Escorts group domestic tractor sales increased by 7.89% in August 2022, selling 5308 units as compared to last year, where it sold 4920 units. In addition, the company increased its market share by 0.91%.
John Deere tractor sold 4559 units in August 2022, and its sales dropped by 36.31%, while in last year, the company sold 7158 units. Along with this, the company has also lost its market share by 4.68%.
New Holland tractor recorded a growth of 0.93% by selling 2063 units in August 2022, but in August 2022, the company lost its sales by selling 2044 units. With sales growth, the company has also increased their market share by 0.11% in August 2022.
Kubota domestic tractor sales recorded an immense growth of 56.70% by selling 1802 units during August 2022, while the company sold 1150 units in August 2021. In addition, the company share has also increased by 1.28%.
Preet tractor sold 500 units domestically in August 2022, and its sales declined by 17.90% as compared to the previous year, where Preet sold 609 units. Along with this, Preet tractor also lost its market share by 0.19% in August 2022.
Indo Farm tractor sold 454 units in August 2022 and registered a loss of 9.92% in domestic market while it sold 504 units in August 2021. As a result, the company market share decreased by 0.08%.
VST tractor sales declined by 30.02% in August 2022, selling 450 units while in August 2021 it sold 643 units. The company also decreased market share by 0.34%.
Force tractor sales dropped by 31.78% by selling 292 units in August 2022 but last year the company sold 428 units. Along with this, the Force tractor lost its market share by 0.24%.
Captain tractor sold 270 units and its sales dropped by 10.89% in August 2022 while in August 2021 it sold 303 units. As a result, the market share of Captain tractor is declined by 0.05%.
ACE tractor sales registered a growth by 3.90% in August 2022, selling 213 units against August 2021 where company sold 205 units. Along with that, the company market share has also hiked by 0.02%.
SDF tractor sales declined by 66.50% in domestic market by selling 67 units in August 2022 while it sold 200 units in August 2021. In addition, the company lost its market share by 0.25%.
