CNH Meets The Target of Producing 700,000 Tractor Milestone

July 24, 2024: CNH, one of the pioneers in global agriculture, celebrated reaching the 700,000-tractor milestone at its plant in Greater Noida. With horsepower ranging from 35 to 120, the business produces approximately 2,000 tractor types under the New Holland and Case IH brands. During his recent trip to India, CNH's new CEO, Gerrit Marx, was present at the historic occasion. He affirmed the business's ambitions for continued development and its dedication to the Indian market.

Since starting operations in 1999, the Greater Noida plant has grown to produce 60,000 tractors each year. The facility now manufactures tractors, engines, Power Take Offs (PTOs), and axles. It serves the domestic market and exports to over 75 countries. These countries include regions across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Australia, and North America.

With 1,200 workers and an area of 60 acres, the Greater Noida plant is one of the most efficient tractor manufacturing centres in the nation. The establishment is proud of its efforts to promote sustainability, including its use of solar energy from panels mounted on its roof and its continuous afforestation project, which uses the Miyawaki Project Methodology to plant a variety of native woodland species completely.
