The collaboration was done with brands such as Yanmar, Renault tractors, and many more similar brands. With these collaborations, huge engineering and technological advancement were brought into the Indian market. 

In the year 2017, the International tractor limited had reached more than 90 countries across the world. Including major continents like Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. The brand was successful in setting up assembly plants in major continents.

With this success and need for higher HP tractors for the Indian market, the ITL and Yanmar collaboration was done to launch Solis’s range of tractors in India. The Solis tractor brand was launched with a vision to manufacture and sell higher HP tractors in India. 

The Managing Director of Solis tractor is Dr. Deepak Mittal who is also the MD of Sonalika group of tractors. Mr. Ken Okuyama is the Director of Yanmar holdings in India.

The Solis tractors are manufactured in Hoshiarpur in Punjab, India. The brand also has set up assembly plants in 4 major countries i.e., Brazil, Turkey, Cameroon, and Algeria. Currently, the brand is available in more than 130 countries. The brand is also known as the Only tractor brand to have a market presence in 20 countries in South and Latin America.

Solis tractor price

Solis tractors are available in a price range of Rs. 5.5 Lakhs to Rs. 9.80 lakhs. The costliest Solis tractor is Solis 6024 S priced at Rs. 9.80 Lakhs and the cheapest Solis tractor is Solis 2516 SN priced at Rs. 5.5 Lakhs. Both these tractors have an HP capacity of 27 HP and 60 HP respectively. 

Solis tractor price depends upon the taxes and specifications as per your need. Solis 4215 E tractor price is Rs. 6.55 lakhs, Solis 4515 E tractor price is Rs. 7.15 Lakhs and Solis 5015 E tractor price is Rs. 8.75 Lakhs.

Solis is a new brand in the market and hence the sales numbers are smaller in numbers. But the Solis brand under the management of ITL is projected to sell more than 50,000 units of tractors in India in the next coming 5 years.

The brand is also planning to across the globe in more than 130 countries. The company is also aiming at growing major countries to capture the market share and increase sales. The Solis tractor brand is aiming to sell more than 1 lakh tractor units worldwide in the upcoming 5 years.

Solis has just entered the Indian market and hence the tractors are very low in numbers. The resale value of tractors is projected to be less as there are very few dealerships and service centres.

Solis tractors have a dealership network of more than 96 dealerships. As per press releases by the brand is planning to open 400 dealers across India in the coming years. The current service centre network has 96 service centres across India.
