Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. revealed its January 2023 tractor sales report. The total sales of Mahindra tractors in January 2023 were recorded to be 28,926 tractors, as compared to 22,682 tractors in January 2022. The Mahindra sales data marks a hike in sales by 28%.

Mahindra’s domestic tractor sales were 27,626 tractors in Jan 2023, against 21,162 tractors in January 2022. Domestic tractor sales observed an eye-catching increase of 31%.
Mahindra Export Tractor Sales Report for Jan 2023
The export sales of Mahindra tractors was observed at 1300 tractors in January 2023, as against 1520 tractors in January 2022. The export sales data shows a 14% decrease.

“We have sold 27,626 tractors in the domestic market in January 2023, registering a growth of 31% since last year. We can say we are off to a good start to the year due to the promising Rabi crop outlook. The sowing acreage for key crops of wheat, oil seeds and pulses and oil seeds has already surpassed previous years, followed by conducive soil and weather conditions. Farmers are starting to harvest this bumper crop. In addition, continued government focus and higher investment in this sector will likely aid positive sentiments and boost tractor demands in the foreseeable future. In the export market, we have sold 1300 tractors.”
