Escorts Kubota Domestic tractor sales witnessed an increase of 13.5%. 

Escorts Kubota, a leading tractor manufacturer, recently released their sales report for May 2023, revealing a remarkable surge in sales and showcasing the brand's strong performance. The company recorded a significant 8.9% growth, with total sales reaching 9,167 units compared to 8,421 in May 2022.

Domestic tractor sales witnessed an increase of 13.5%. In May 2023, Escorts Kubota sold 8,704 tractors in the domestic market, surpassing the 7,667 units sold during the same period last year. This surge reflects farmers' strong demand and trust in Escorts Kubota tractors, further solidifying the brand's position in the Indian agriculture sector.

However, the export market presented a contrasting picture. The brand experienced a decline of 38.6% in export tractor sales, with 463 units sold in May 2023 compared to 754 units in May 2022. This decline in exports highlights the challenges faced by Escorts Kubota in international markets and underscores the need for strategic measures to strengthen its global presence.

Escorts Tractor maintained a stable Year-to-Date (YTD) performance, with a slight drop of 0.1%. The total sales of 16,732 units in FY24 showed a minor decrease from the 16,746 units sold in FY23. In comparison to FY23, when 15,343 domestic tractors were sold, sales in FY24 improved by 4.0% to 15,956 units. Export sales, however, fell sharply by 44.7%, with only 776 units sold in FY24 compared to 1,403 units in FY23.
