Mahindra Tractor Domestic Sales Grow 21% in July 2026

Mumbai, August 1, 2026: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.'s Farm Equipment Business (FEB) has released its tractor sales figures for July 2026, reporting another month of healthy growth. The company sold 34,420 tractors during the month, compared to 28,708 units in July 2025, registering a 20% year-on-year increase. Strong domestic demand continued to drive the overall sales performance.

Mahindra Tractor Sales Performance – July 2026

Mahindra recorded 32,643 domestic tractor sales in July 2026, up from 26,990 units in the same month last year, reflecting 21% growth. The company's export business also remained positive, with 1,777 tractors shipped overseas against 1,718 units in July 2025, resulting in a 3% increase.

Mahindra FY27 Tractor Sales Performance (April–July)

Mahindra also posted encouraging cumulative sales during the first four months of FY27. From April to July 2026, the company sold 1,92,461 tractors, compared to 1,62,797 units during the corresponding period of FY26, recording an overall 18% growth.

The domestic market remained the primary contributor, with sales rising to 1,85,069 units, a 19% increase over the previous year. Export sales also improved, reaching 7,392 units, up 12% year-on-year.

Company’s Statement

Commenting on the company's July 2026 sales performance, Veejay Nakra said:

“We have sold 32,643 tractors in the domestic market during July 2026, registering a growth of 21% over last year. Significant recovery in rainfall, improved reservoir levels, accelerated kharif sowing aided by Government support and healthy farm cashflows have led to positive rural & farmer sentiment.”
