Engine Performance

Swaraj 735 FE HP is a 40 HP tractor; it comes with a 3-cylinder, water-cooled, direct injection engine of 2734 cc. The engine power is tuned at 1800 RPM for steady pulling with different implements and a trolley. The over-square design of the model provides great torque at lower RPM, so the tractor keeps its pace when the soil turns heavy.

Swaraj 735 FE PTO HP is 32.6, delivered through a multi speed PTO running at 540 RPM. That is enough to drive a rotavator or a thresher without the engine dragging. A 3-stage oil bath air filter keeps dust out.

Conclusively, it is strong enough for ploughing, tilling, sowing, spraying and trolley work on small and medium farms.

Imp Specs:

Transmission & Gearbox

The gearbox is a sliding mesh/ partial constant mesh type with 8 forward and 2 reverse gears. Forward speed runs from 2.30 to 27.80 km/h and reverse from 2.73 to 10.74 km/h. The slow gear range of the tractor suits tillage. The top gears help on the road when a loaded trolley has to reach the markets.

The tractor is equipped with a single and dual clutch. Dual clutch is the better choice if working with implements is your main task, since it keeps them running smoothly.

Imp Specs:

Hydraulic Capacity

Swaraj 735 FE lifting capacity is 1650 kg. The hydraulics use ADDC (Automatic Depth and Draft Control), which holds the working depth even when the soil changes from soft to hard. The linkage is Category I and II, so most of the implements fit with the model easily.

Three small extras make daily work easier. The easy hitch lever saves time while attaching tools. The DCV gives quick control over hydraulic implements. The isolating valve lets a tipping trailer connect in minutes.

Suitable Implements

Swaraj 735 FE has a lifting capacity of 1650 kg and 32.6 PTO HP; this tractor works with a wide mix of farm implements.

•     Rotavator and cultivator: This tractor works best with a rotavator and helps in seedbed preparation. Furthermore, cultivators and MB ploughs take care of primary tillage.
•     Seed drill and planter: This implement is used for uniform sowing of wheat and maize.
•     Puddler: Swaraj 735 FE for paddy farming works well because the puddling gear runs without trouble.

Swaraj 735 FE for Commercial Use

The Swaraj 735 FE makes great commercial sense if you keep it working all year. It is perfect for hauling trailers because its fast top speed, big fuel tank, and special trailer valve make moving harvested crops easy.

It is also excellent for rental work because it can switch quickly from ploughing fields to running threshers. However, it only has two-wheel drive and uses more fuel under heavy loads.

Who Should Buy the Swaraj 735 FE?

• Small and medium farmers who want one tractor for tillage, sowing & carting.
• Maize , wheat & paddy growers.
• Farmers planning rental or haulage work on the side.
• Buyers who want a long warranty without a high price tag.

Final Word

The Swaraj 735 FE brings 40 HP, 1650 kg of lift and a six year warranty at ₹5.83 to ₹6.18 lakh ex-showroom. It is a suitable choice for mixed farm work and light commercial jobs.
