Escorts Kubota Tractor Sales: 16,921 Units Sold in October 2026

Faridabad, November 1, 2026: The Agri Machinery Business of Escorts Kubota Limited has reported its tractor sales for October 2026.

The company sold 16,921 tractors in October 2026, against 18,798 units in October 2025, a 10.0% year-on-year decline.

Domestic tractor sales were 16,412 units, compared with 18,423 units in the same month last year, a 10.9% decline. Exports reached 509 tractors, up 35.7% from 375 units in October 2025.

Escorts Kubota said the tractor industry saw some moderation in October 2026, affected by the high base, the shift in festive timing and monsoon-related disruptions. These factors weighed on the year-on-year comparison for the month.

Of the 16,921 tractors sold in October 2026, 16,412 units were sold in the domestic market and 509 units were exported.

Even with the October decline, Escorts Kubota’s cumulative tractor sales for FY27 remain ahead of the same period in FY26.

From April to October 2026 (7M FY27), the company sold 87,800 tractors, compared with 83,256 tractors a year earlier, a 5.5% growth.

Domestic sales rose 6.2% to 84,497 units from 79,600 units in FY26. Exports stood at 3,303 tractors, a 9.7% decline from 3,656 units last year.

Outlook

The company said that elevated input costs from geopolitical developments, and the resulting pricing actions, may moderate demand in the near term.
