In 1812, 19th century, Richard Trevithick designed the first semi-portable steam engine known as the barn engine.
In 1859, the British engineer Thomas Aveling modifies the first traction engine.
In 1892, John Froelich invented the first gasoline-powered tractor in Clayton County, Iowa, US. After the patent, John Froelich has started Waterloo Gasoline Engine Company.

In 1896, Herbert Akroyd Stuart invented the 20 HP Oil Traction Engine.

In 1901, invented the first commercially lightweight petrol-powered tractor.
It is 2022, and the process of making tractors is still going on and also changing with the time and requirements.
