Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.'s Farm Equipment Sector (FES) has released its tractor sales data for June 2025. Moreover, in the domestic market, Mahindra sold 51,769 tractor units, compared to 45,888 units in June 2024, showing a 13% year-on-year growth.
For exports, the company sold 1,623 units in June 2025, representing a 13% increase from the 1,431 units sold in June 2024. The total tractor sales (domestic + exports) stood at 53,392 units in June 2025, up by 13% from 47,319 units in June 2024. This growth highlights a strong overall performance in Mahindra’s tractor business.

Year-To-Date (YTD) tractor sales performance for the financial year 2025–26 (FY26). From April to June 2025, Mahindra’s domestic sales rose to 1,29,199 units from 1,16,930 units, showing a 10% year-on-year growth.
On the export, Mahindra sold 4,890 units so far in FY26, compared to 4,537 units in FY25, resulting in an 8% increase. Combining both domestic and export figures, total YTD tractor sales stood at 1,34,089 units, up from 1,21,467 units last year. This marks a 10% overall growth, showing steady demand and Mahindra’s strong market presence.

Commenting on the performance, Veejay Nakra, President – Farm Equipment Business, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. said, “We have sold 51,769 tractors in the domestic market during June 2025, a growth of 13% over last year. The industry posted growth in June 2025, primarily driven by cash flow from the Rabi crop harvest and the widespread arrival of the monsoon across most regions.
With better long-term rainfall departures this month, land preparation activities are well supported for the upcoming Kharif season. Record food grain production, especially rice, wheat, and pulses, coupled with various Government initiatives to improve farmer income, is expected to augur well for tractor demand in the coming months. In the export market, we have sold 1,623 tractors, a growth of 13% over last year.”
