Escorts Kubota Limited’s Agri Machinery Business Division has shared its tractor sales data for February 2025. The company sold 8,590 tractors, which is more than the 7,709 tractors sold in February 2024. This shows an 11.4% increase in total sales.

Domestic tractor sales also went up. The company sold 7,968 tractors in February 2025, compared to 7,269 tractors in February 2024. This means domestic sales grew by 9.6%.

Export sales saw a big rise. The company exported 622 tractors in February 2025, while last year, it exported only 440 tractors. This shows a 41.4% increase in exports. The company said that many markets had good demand, but the Western region faced some issues. Lower crop prices made it harder for farmers to buy tractors.

However, the company expects sales to improve in the coming months. This is because Rabi sowing has increased, water levels in reservoirs are good, and market conditions are becoming better.

Domestic sales showed slight growth. The company sold 99,788 tractors in FY 2025, compared to 99,422 tractors in FY 2024. This marks a 0.4% increase in domestic sales.

However, exports declined during this period. In FY 2025, the company exported only 4,392 tractors, which is 13.6% lower than the 5,086 tractors exported in FY 2024.
